It was named OSB, taking its name from the initials of the English definition (Oriented Strand Board). OSB is divided into four different types as osb 1, osb 2, osb 3 and osb 4 depending on the content and amount of the adhesive used in order to make it water and moisture resistant. The thicknesses were determined as 9 mm, 11 mm, 15 mm and 18 mm. Although the length and width dimensions of OSB, that is, particle board, differ between countries, the one used in our country measures 122 * 244 mm and one of them covers approximately 3 m2.
